Consider billing coal-fired power plants for premature deaths due to emissions

Civil disobedience is necessary if we as a society are to progress.
Perhaps you should consider billing Nanticoke and the many other coal-fired power plants in Ontario and across North America for prematurely killing between 5,000 and 6,000 people annually, due to carbon emissions from those facilities.
The cost to taxpayers to pay for hospitalization is bound to be far greater than creating public awareness.
